According to the Regulations for Hand Hygiene for Medical Workers (2019) and General Requirements for Hand Sanitizers (2020), since November 1, 2020, all manufacturers must mark on the User Manual of the sanitizer with the period of validity after opened. LIONSER has completed all the relevant tests as required, and all the hand sanitizers of BANEN and SunBerry can be used for 90 days after opened (which is the maximum testing days so far). what's more, the term of validity test report of the products has CMA certification (national certification testing method).

The most remarkable feature of our alcohol sanitizer gel is that it does not need to be washed with clean water while it can effectively inhibit and remove bacteria from the hand. How to use the hand sanitizer gel correctly:

1. First, apply an appropriate amount of the sanitizer gel to the palm and rub it in the palm with the fingertips of the other hand to produce foam.

2. Apply the sanitizer gel to the forearm of the other hand in a circular motion, approximately halfway up the forearm.

3. Apply the same amount of sanitizer gel to the palm of the other hand and rub the nails of the other hand into the palm.

4. Apply the sanitizer gel to the forearm of the other hand in the same circular motion, approximately halfway up the forearm.

5. After completing the previous 4 steps, take appropriate amount of hand sanitizer on the palm, palms facing each other, fingers together, rub each other.

6. After rubbing, rub the palm of one hand to the back of the other hand along the finger seam, and then exchange both hands.

7. Rub hands together, palms facing each other, fingers crossed.

8. For the final step, bend your fingers so that the joint rotates in the other palm and rub, exchanging hands, until the sanitizer is absorbed.

The above 8 methods are the correct use of hand sanitizer. Only by using the correct method can we achieve effective hand sterilization and bacteriostatic effect.

1. Sterilization spectrum should be targeted. If the product is tested to kill Staphylococcus aureus, it only means that the product is effective against Staphylococcus aureus, but not against all gram-positive bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus.

2. Humidity can reach 0.6g/cm2. This means that the wipes can sterilize a relatively large area.

3. Good material. The material should not only feel comfortable but more importantly, there is no obstacle in the release of disinfection factor. If the material is not selected well, in the process of wiping, it is easy to leave only water rather than disinfection factor.

Alcohol based disinfectant wipes have been used for more than 10 years in European Union, North America, and other developed countries, and the effect has been affirmed. Instead of traditional disinfection method, disinfecting wipes will become the main trend of environmental surface cleaning and disinfection.

Thorough cleaning is the premise to ensure the effect of disinfection. Before skin disinfection, the skin should be treated differently according to the pollution of the skin. Incomplete cleaning or decontamination will affect the effectiveness of disinfection.

2. Choose the correct concentration of disinfectant. Ethanol, for example, has the best disinfection effect at a concentration of 70%-80%. Too high concentration of ethanol will form a protective film on the surface of bacteria, preventing it from entering the bacteria, and it is difficult to completely kill the bacteria.

3. The disinfectant should be used for enough time. Different types of sanitizers and disinfectants have different exposure times. Exposure to skin disinfectants is usually 1-5 minutes, or subject to thorough natural drying of the disinfectant used.

4. The disinfectant should be used within the validity period. Once the disinfectant is opened, the date of opening should be indicated. The vial of iodophor and alcohol should not be used continuously for more than 7 days after opening.

5. Iodine should be deiodized after disinfection with tincture of iodine.

6. storage should be clean, dry and ventilated, flammable, away from fire.

The following are some common disinfection solutions for home cleaning:

High temperature disinfection method: Boiling can coagulate and denature the microbial proteins. Disinfection time should be calculated when the water starts boiling, the common pathogenic bacteria can be killed by boiling for 15-20 minutes.

Solar disinfection method: Sunlight contains ultraviolet and infrared ray, and 3-6 hours irradiation can achieve the requirement of general disinfection. In the daily life, people can expose the bedding, clothes, etc. to the sun so as to meet the purpose of disinfection.

Air purification method: Keep the indoor air fresh, and open the windows often for ventilation, especially in winter. Open for 10-30 minutes at a time to clear the air and reduce the concentration of indoor germs.

Pharmaceutical disinfection method: To eliminate the pathogens and microorganisms by soaking, cleaning, spraying etc. Pharmaceutical disinfection has lots of advantages, such as sterilization thoroughly, fast, easy to use, and is considered to be one of the commonly used disinfection methods in family life.
